what is the status of my rewards order?

you will receive an email with tracking information once
your rewards order has been processed and shipped.
please allow up to 5 to 7 business days for your order to ship.

what are my shipping options?

amika pro offers free standard shipping on all rewards orders
via FedEx on business days (Monday through Friday
from 9 am to 5 pm EST, excluding major holidays).
we currently do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO, FPO, DPO destinations,
and freight forwarding addresses.
we do not ship to Canada, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam,
U.S. Virgin Islands and all other U.S. territories at this time.

can I cancel my order?

no, rewards orders submitted on the amika pro site are
unable to be modified or canceled.

how do I return an item?

products redeemed from the amika pro site are
not eligible for returns or exchanges.
if you received a damaged or defective item,
please reach out to us at info@loveamikapro.com.

what if I received a defective item in my rewards order?

email us at info@loveamikapro.com with the following details:

defect details

photo/video showing us what's wrong

defective item replacements will be honored within 90 days of original order placement.
